Return Policy

As of June 2022, at this time, all orders are final. This policy could change at a future time.

Only exception - exchanges are available in the form of a replacement order for goods that are misprinted or defective. We do not offer monetary refunds.

My hope is that you are happy with the products you have ordered. All sales are final at the moment because I am currently a solo entrepreneur with limited bandwidth so I appreciate your patience and consideration. Please take care in ordering the correct size.

💡Pro Tip! Measure a similar product you have at home and compare those measurements with the measurements you see in the size charts.

Any claims for misprinted or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Please make your exchange claim here, and in the subject box write, "Exchange Request." Please include a link to a picture of the misprinted or defective item you are requesting a replacement order for.  Estimated turnaround time is 3-4 weeks or could be longer depending on current conditions.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our vendor’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. For any issues caused on our end, we well cover costs.

Disclaimer about Print-on-Demand goods

All the products in the Stephanie Quilao shop are produced through a third party Print-on-Demand service which means your product was printed specifically for your order. We do not carry a stock of inventory.

When you receive your new garments, you might see some white-ish residue. No worries! In the latest garment printing technology, a special solution is used during printing and sometimes during the drying process a residue is left, but that residue will easily wash off during your first wash cycle. A quick reminder that all the inks used in the printing process are water-based, vegan, and eco-friendly.

If you smell a vinegar-like aroma on your garments

I know weird right? Again no worries. The pretreatment solution used to get the garment ready for printing sometimes can leave a vinegar-like smell. This smell will disappear during your first wash cycle.
